Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with professional license (Mandatory requirement);
Minimum experience of 2 years in similar roles (Preferred requirement);
Training and experience in Manchester Triage (Preferred requirement);
Residency permit in Portugal, in the case of foreign candidates (Mandatory requirement).

The role

Together we want to do more and care better. We are hiring a Nurse (m/f), to join the Permanent Care service, at CUF Descobertas, under a Service Provision regime.

What you'll do

Ensure the activities necessary for the provision of nursing care;
Participate in and support activities that contribute to the improvement of care provision to the Permanent Care client;
Ensure the recording of information regarding interventions performed on the client;
Perform triage according to the Manchester protocol.
