If you are looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will put your skills into practice supporting different financial areas of our client. Additionally, you will be an active part in ensuring compliance with client guidelines, promoting and participating in the continuous improvement of the services offered to all users.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide assistance via telephone, email, chat, or social media
• Respond to questions regarding functionalities, features, and account configuration
• Help customers resolve technical issues related to applications, such as login errors or payment delays
• Guide users through the account creation or identity verification process
• Build and maintain a positive customer experience, acting with empathy and professionalism
• Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to higher support levels or technical teams
