What we're looking for

You use the Polish language at a C1 level (speaking and writing).
You use the English language at a B2 level (speaking and writing).
You have a higher education degree or an equivalent diploma.
You have a good understanding of the e-commerce environment.
You have experience working in a call center (telephone and non-verbal channels) and in the customer service industry.
You are ready to work shifts in a 24/7 system.
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are comfortable using social media and have basic knowledge of digital advertising.

In this role, you will utilize your skills to support various social media areas for our client. You will also actively ensure compliance with client guidelines and participate in the continuous improvement of services provided to all users.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Analyze and resolve inquiries from customers, buyers, sellers, and creators, including checking order and delivery statuses.
Handle reported cases in accordance with established turnaround times and quality standards.
Escalate inquiries to the client in accordance with the MSA, SOW, and knowledge base.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional inquiry handling and by regularly informing customers of progress.
Ensure the fulfillment of agreed service levels (SLA) across all communication channels and achieve high work efficiency and rapid inquiry resolution.
