YOUR ROLE
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the technical planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customers, acting as the key technical reference throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership and driving project execution from initiation to acceptance.
- Planning project activities, defining deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting achievements, results, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders.
- Managing customer-facing activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Acting as the main interface between project teams and R&D organizations.
- Reviewing and validating technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.
- Coordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and integration activities.
- Ensuring technical quality standards, project governance, and delivery commitments are met.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in technical project management within Telecom software solutions, system development, or integration environments.
- Strong understanding of application integration projects, particularly within complex and multi-domain ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and database technologies such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.
- Good understanding of IP networking and telecom protocols, including Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP.
- Experience with Cloud and Virtualized environments, including VNF, CNF, VMware, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS, and NCOM.
- Familiarity with core telecom network elements such as HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, EIR, SDL, One-MNP, and One-NDS.Knowledge of Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE, IMS, and Payment Systems is highly valued.
- Previous exposure to OSS/BSS platforms and telecom frameworks.
- PMI certification or project management background is considered an advantage.
- Experience engaging with customers and managing technical stakeholder expectations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
