Your task will be to perform and manage the daily operational activities and controls of stock and wholesale credit activities - in accordance with the risk standards of the countries in which we provide services, as well as with the guidelines set by management, in order to achieve objectives and provide our customers with high-quality service.

Furthermore, you will support projects related to operational stock credit in iSF as well as projects for our customers.

We highlight the key responsibilities

• Approval of credit lines in the application, depending on the decisions made in the committee between the Risk department and the Commercial department of the respective country.
• Ensuring daily line management, including contracts, entries, cancellations, blocks, changes and setups, overpayments, refunds and claims, as well as incident management.
• Management of the settlement of all different credit lines as well as updating repayments in iSF.
• Ensuring the strategic activities of the stock finance areas (Stock Credit and Wholesale) of the PF countries to absorb activity peaks.
• Daily control of service delivery for partners, based on specialized support and the industrialization of processes.
• Control, monitoring, dispatch and archiving of vehicle documentation stored in the SET.
• Creation of monthly closing reports using the existing Power-BI solution.
• Implementation of planned optimization measures as well as the corresponding tests at the operational level of the iSF application.
• Participation in project meetings with other departments or as part of new customer projects.
• Requesting the necessary developments of the iSF application for the correct control and management of the activity.
• Compliance with high quality and accuracy standards for services and processes, as well as with the SLAs defined with customers.
• Contribution to the harmonization of processes between iSF subsidiaries, particularly in the processes of continuous review, automation and industrialization.
• Development and implementation of compliance controls, including the calculation of financial charges, the verification of bank information, collateral, as well as the monitoring of overdue claims.
