• Activate credit lines in the application, based on what is decided in committee between Risk and the Commercial area of each country.
• Ensure the daily activity of managing lines (contracts, registrations, cancellations, blocks, modifications and configurations, overpayments, refunds and debt) and incident management.
• Manage billing on all the different credit lines and update refunds in iSF.
• Ensure the strategic Stock Finance (stock credit and wholesale) activities of the PF countries, to absorb activity peaks.
• Daily control of the service level to partners, based on specialized support and the industrialization of processes.
• Control, monitor, send, and archive vehicle documentation deposited in the SET.
• Prepare monthly closing reports, using the existing PowerBI solution.
• Perform planned optimization actions and related tests at the operational level of the iSF application.
• Participate in project meetings with other areas or new customer projects.
• Request the necessary developments of the iSF application for correct activity management.
• Respect the high standards of quality and rigor of services/processes, as well as the SLAs defined with customers.
• Participate in the harmonization of processes between iSF branches, particularly in continuous review, automation, and industrialization processes.
• Prepare compliance controls: calculation of financial charges, banking information, guarantees, and monitoring of overdue credits.

Your mission will be to perform and manage the daily operations and controls of the Stock Credit and wholesale activity, according to the risk rules of the countries in which we provide service and the guidelines established by the manager, in order to achieve objectives and offer a quality service to our customers.

You will also follow projects related to operational stock credit in iSF and in our customers' projects.

Do you have experience and knowledge of the automotive and credit business, as well as experience in managing customers and partners?

Finally, do you possess a good level of English (B2 or C1), a good level of Italian (B2 or C1), and knowledge of IT tools?
