Junior Software & AI Engineer

• Collaborative development practices (code review, automated testing), as well as knowledge of Git and CI/CD;

• Notions of relational databases (SQL) and data modeling;

• Basic knowledge of cloud ( Azure / AWS / GCP);

• Analytical capacity, collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.

• Experience with LLM via API (prompting, function calling, structured responses);

• Notions of agent frameworks (Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, LangGraph or similar);

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) - developing or integrating MCPs;

• Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or similar);

• Notions of RAG and vector databases;

• Knowledge of observability (logging, monitoring);

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar);

• Personal, academic or open-source projects (chatbots, ai agents, dashboards, data pipelines);

• Use of AI tools to increase development productivity, with critical thinking to validate and improve results.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent areas;

• Up to two years of professional experience (or recent graduate with relevant projects);

• Proficiency in programming with object-oriented languages (Python / Java / C#);

• Experience with modern web development (React / Angular / Vue).
