Fullstack Java Developer Team Lead

You will have a central role in defining architectures, modernizing systems, and providing direct support to the development of the technical team, as a team leader.

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal

• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

• Experience Level: More than 8 years in Java development and technical team leadership (+5).

• Essential: Solid experience in development with Java, JSF, Hibernate, Oracle and Primefaces.

• Proven practice in continuous integration with Jenkins and daily experience in Agile methodologies valued

• Experience in versioning and code quality tools (Git, SonarQube, JUnit)

• Solid knowledge in the integration and design of Web Services (REST/SOAP)

• Previous experience in structured processes of refactoring or migration of legacy systems

• Java and/or other Oracle certification

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar

• Mentoring: Genuine passion for sharing knowledge and supporting the technical development of less experienced programmers
