Expansion Prospector - Greater Porto

• Attract new franchisees to our network and identify new commercial spaces to increase Auchan's territorial presence;
• Generate real, qualified commercial opportunities aligned with the brand's economic and cultural criteria;
• Identify potential locations for expansion;
• Territory mapping and identification of priority zones, urban growth, and direct and indirect competition;
• Physical visits and preparation of complete site reports;
• Identify potential franchisees (leads, industry events, field prospecting) and present the company, the brands, and the business models;
• Active participation in the evaluation and selection of candidates in terms of profile (experience, ownership of a location, aptitude for franchising, and alignment with the company's mission and brand values) and financial capacity;
• Assist in the preparation of detailed business plans (collecting information for business cases);
• Initial Due Diligence, including the identification of restrictions and prior licenses, as well as information regarding candidates (certificates of no debt, Banco de Portugal CRC, commercial information, etc.);
• Presentation of the franchise business model to candidates;
• Negotiation of the terms and conditions of franchise contracts;
• Collection of all information necessary for the formalization of franchise contracts, as well as for the preparation of the Business Case;
• Prepare and formalize franchise contracts;
• Control of expansion activity;
• Continuous registration and updating of data in the Expansion CRM.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred);
• General knowledge of franchise contract regulation and legislation;
• Experience in the Franchising area, preferably in food retail;
• Ability to evaluate the financial, technical, and behavioral profile of franchisee candidates and ensure alignment with the brand culture;
• Skills in assessing the potential of locations against objectives and the business model;
• Goal-oriented;
• Strategic vision;
• High capacity for communication, influence, and negotiation;
• Resilience and adaptability;
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Good knowledge of Excel and CRM.
• Availability to travel within the determined geographic area.
