What You'll Do:
- Help customers solve problems and find solutions with empathy and efficiency
- Deliver top-notch support via Email, Chat, or Phone
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor for your clients
What You Need:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Great communication and active listening skills
- A positive, adaptable attitude and team spirit
- Previous customer service experience is a plus-but not required!
