Arabic AI Reviewer

Atlean World is recruiting Arabic reviewers to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms

The Job

• Understand Customers Needs and developing Problem Solving skills
• Provide the best customer experience through Email, Chat or Phone
• Be a specialist in the product/ service for one of the biggest social media platforms on the market.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic Speaker
• Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms
• Good in English
• Good computer skills;
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients (but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
• EU citizenship or a valid residence card will be required (No Visa support)
• Availability to work on night shifts
