The role
As part of the Direct LOB of REDDIT, you'll work directly with advertisers, managing relationships and running performance-driven campaigns tailored to each brand's unique needs.
From Sales Development to Client Partner or Account Management, your role focuses on building a client pipeline, providing high impact strategies and delivering measurable results.
You'll collaborate closely with brand stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
Start date: September 28th
Key Skills & Knowledge
• Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities (cold calling, email, social outreach)
• Understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management
• Tailoring campaign strategies to brand goals
• Direct negotiation and communication with in-house advertisers
• Deep client alignment and personalized campaign optimization
• Ownership of sales, client success, and campaign performance
Requirements
• 1 -2 years of experience working with or in digital advertising agencies or in adverting tech
• Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning
• Advanced communication and objection handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships concurrently
