What you'll do
Your main mission will be to ensure active market prospecting, acquisition, and sale of real estate assets in the Vila Nova de Famalicão region, ensuring the application of institutional procedures and the fulfillment of portfolio goals.
- Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and qualify potential owners and properties for the agency's portfolio.
- Client Management: Conduct diagnostic meetings, perform property visits, and manage direct negotiation between owners and buyers.
- Market Analysis: Prepare quantitative market studies to determine recommended selling prices.
- Process Flow: Forward banking and financing processes to the partner credit brokerage structure.
