• Minimum educational qualifications at the 9th Grade level;
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred);
• Ability for initiative, dynamism, and teamwork;
• Fixed monthly remuneration of €1,379 (includes base salary + meal allowance + holiday allowance + Christmas allowance)
• Monthly sales objective bonus: €80 from June to September, €40 in the remaining months of the year
• 10% in-store discount for employees
• Mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack
• Special discounts with multiple partners of the group
• 2 weekly rest days
Candidates should reside in locations near the store: Almancil, Pereiras, Vale de Éguas, Vale Formoso, Loulé, Quarteira, Vilamoura, Boliqueime, Faro, Esteval, Santa Bárbara de Nexe, etc.
