Requirements

What we're looking for

6+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is mandatory.
Proven experience using OutSystems Mentor for AI-assisted development throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience leveraging OutSystems Mentor for application generation, user story acceleration, code assistance, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
Strong knowledge of OutSystems front-end and back-end development.
Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and promoting development best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative software delivery.
Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Good knowledge of English is mandatory.

Nice to have

Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is a plus.
