Company History
Vueling was founded in 2004 in Barcelona as a low-cost airline, beginning operations in July 2004 with its first flight to Ibiza. The airline grew rapidly, merging with Clickair in 2009 and becoming part of the International Airlines Group (IAG) in 2011. Since then, Vueling has expanded its network and fleet, becoming a major player in the European low-cost market.
