Job Overview
Join Syone as a Systems Administrator located in Lisbon, working in a hybrid model. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administration, configuration and monitoring of Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring system stability, performance and availability.
Management and maintenance of virtualized infrastructures using technologies such as CloudStack, VMware, Hyper-V and/or Proxmox VE.
Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across systems, networks and applications.
Execution of technical tests, preparation of documentation and reporting to support infrastructure operations and improvements.
Support and maintenance of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
Collaboration with technical teams in the implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of professional experience in Systems Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Experience with system monitoring and day-to-day IT operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Good level of English proficiency.
