We are looking for a STORE OPERATOR for our Continente Modelo team in BARREIRO and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

What you'll do

Checkouts: You will be the person our customers interact with at the end of their shopping. Your role is fundamental to providing a positive experience. Here, empathy is the keyword. You should actively listen to customer needs, respond to questions, and resolve problems with efficiency and cordiality. Your smile will make all the difference!

Replenishment: Organization and the proper stocking of products are essential to our store's success. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that shelves are always full and well-organized. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work quickly and with precision.

Fresh Produce: The fresh areas—which include butchery, deli, bakery, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger, and cafeteria—are the heart of our store. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality products and serve customers with passion. Whether preparing the best meat cuts, selecting the freshest fruits, or serving a delicious coffee!
