Requirements

What we're looking for

• Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory);
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in Operational Support, Data Analysis, or Process Management roles;
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Experience and strong interest in Power BI and ERP systems will be an advantage;
• Languages: Intermediate/advanced Spanish (B2/C1) with ease of verbal and written communication;
• Profile: Analytical capacity, dynamism, good organization, and a liking for contact with business areas.

Your role: What does this function consist of?

As a Business Operations Analyst (at a large-scale and prestigious Smollan client), you will be the bridge between their systems, business data, and operations. It is a dynamic role, perfect for those who enjoy solving problems and working with data on a daily basis.

Your main missions:
• Analysis & Reporting: Create and update analytical reports (Excel and support in creating Power BI dashboards);
• Systems Management & Support: Provide daily support to users in access management, incident monitoring, and control of software/ERP interfaces;
• Business Support: Validate invoicing processes and help identify operational improvements;
• Interface with different departments: Communicate with and support teams and different internal/business partner departments.
