- Krakow: PLN10,700 - PLN11,900 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN10,700 - PLN11,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) or direct sales (BDR, account manager, etc.)
- A solid understanding of the sales cycle and success drivers
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- The ability to hold professional interviews, assess skills, and write clear, structured feedback
- Great commercial judgement, with the ability to identify top sales talent through structured interviews and genuine conversations
- To be comfortable assessing soft skills and cultural alignment, using behaviour questions and evidence-based evaluation
Nice to have
- Experience in both recruitment and sales
- Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish to support multiple pipelines
- Familiarity with different sales streams (inbound, outbound, new business, mid-market, etc.)
- Structured interview experience using scorecards and behavioural interviewing methods (STAR)
