What we're looking for

- Minimum 12th grade required;
- Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory and fluency in English is valued;
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the retail/catering area;
- Good capacity for team management and dynamization, conflict management, and planning;
- Orientation towards achieving objectives, dynamism, and versatility;
- Enjoyment of teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, and training;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;

The role

If you have experience in managing customer service spaces, enjoy leading and managing teams, and feel you are looking for a new professional challenge, we have the ideal project for you. We are recruiting, for direct integration into a prestigious retail group, a cafeteria manager for Silves, Faro.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the cafeteria, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
- Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and promoting an environment of cooperation and motivation.
- Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that offer a high-level service experience, satisfying and building customer loyalty.
- Quality and Procedure Control: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, keeping the cafeteria in accordance with regulations.
- Indicator Analysis: Monitor and interpret cafeteria performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement strategies that drive business results.
- You must ensure that, in the space being managed, the customer will receive a unique welcome and experience, served by an excellent team with quality products, with a view to the growth of the space, based on all required quality policies.
