The role

We are looking for a professional to take on the role of Store/Restaurant Manager in Ajuda, Lisbon, joining an expanding business group in the catering sector.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Ensure the full operational management of the catering unit.
- Coordinate and lead a team of approximately 30 employees, including scheduling, training, motivation, and development.
- Supervise all areas of the establishment, ensuring the smooth running of the dining room, counter, take-away, kitchen, grill, and warehouse.
- Guarantee the quality and efficiency of the service, participating directly in the operation whenever necessary.
- Implement and enforce internal procedures, technical sheets, and HACCP standards.
- Manage stocks, orders, cash closing, and cost control.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or occurrences.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in the unit's operational processes.
