Previous experience in sales and personalized service, preferably in the Optical sector;

We aim to find a highly customer-oriented profile with a vocation for service in an optical shop located in Vila do Conde.

Ensure excellent, personalized, and consultative service, identifying the needs and preferences of each customer;
Present and advise on Optical solutions, namely frames, lenses, and complementary products, in accordance with the knowledge and training acquired;
Develop a relationship of proximity and trust with customers, promoting their satisfaction and loyalty;
Contribute actively to the store's commercial objectives, always ensuring the quality and integrity of the advice provided;
Ensure careful, professional communication appropriate to the premium positioning of the brand;
Guarantee the organization, presentation, and display of products, respecting the image and quality standards of the store;
