What we're looking for
- Training in the field of Automotive Electricity or equivalent;
- Minimum proven experience as an auto electrician, preferably in heavy vehicles;
- Solid knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit;
- Light and heavy vehicle driving license.
The role
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for the physical assets of its Clients, throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
What you'll do
For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited - reporting directly to the Service Provision Contract Management - will have the following main responsibilities: diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems in heavy vehicles; intervention in starting, charging, lighting, wiring, sensor, and electronic module systems; reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and using diagnostic equipment; identification and resolution of electrical and electronic faults; execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work; ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality, and internal procedures.
