Marqués de Murrieta is a historic Spanish winery founded in 1852 by Don Luciano Murrieta, who produced the first Rioja wine using techniques learned in Bordeaux. The Cebrián-Sagarriga family has owned the estate since 1983, and the company operates two wineries: Marqués de Murrieta in Rioja and Pazo de Barrantes in Rías Baixas. The Castillo de Ygay, the company's headquarters, was declared a museum in 2019.
