The role

What you'll do
- Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services, such as image consultancy and personal shopping.
- Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize the amount and improve the customer experience.
- Help and inform customers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a deep knowledge of organizational policies.
- Perform support functions in the store, including stockroom, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash desk, and loss prevention services.
- Help with fulfilling online orders if a product is not available in the store.
YOUR NEW POSITION
We are hiring a Sales Assistant for our MANGO store at Alegro Setúbal in Setúbal.
We offer a Fixed-Term employment contract with a workload of 16 hours per week (4 hours per day, 4 days per week), on the morning/afternoon shift.
