• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition;
• Registration with the Ordem dos Nutricionistas (Order of Nutritionists);
• Professional experience in a hospital environment or health units (preferred);
• Ability for planning, organization, and priority management;
• Strong sense of responsibility and orientation towards quality;
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Team spirit, management capacity, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary context;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Hospital da Luz Ribatejo is being born, and we are looking for people who want to be part of this new chapter from day one. We intend to strengthen the team with a Nutritionist, a professional who will perform functions in the areas of Nutrition and Support Services Management, contributing to the excellence of the customer experience and to the quality of the services that underpin hospital activity.

• Perform nutritional assessment of inpatients.
• Define and monitor nutritional intervention plans appropriate to the clinical needs of each client.
• Carry out nutritional monitoring during the hospitalization period.
• Develop materials and sessions for food education and nutritional teaching aimed at clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining nutritional support strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and applicable legal requirements in the Food Service.
• Possibility to complement the schedule by conducting nutrition consultations.
• Monitor and control the provision of catering and cafeteria services.
• Monitor quality, satisfaction, and performance indicators of service providers.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and defined service levels.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement measures for services.
• Monitor and control hospital linen and uniform management services.
• Ensure contract execution and supervision of the provision of hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection services for the facilities.
• Monitor hospital waste management services and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Local management of the provision of security services.
• Coordinate the operational management of the parking lot.
• Develop and monitor performance and quality indicators for support services, together with the Operations and Value Chain Directorate.
