Brand Strategist & Copywriter

• Higher education in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or similar.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy and content creation roles.

• Experience in an agency context.

• Passion for writing: reading, interpreting, and writing in Portuguese exquisitely. This will be your “superpower”.

• A genuine liking for teamwork.

• Mastery of Artificial Intelligence tools to boost creativity, optimize content production, and extract deeper strategic insights.

• Precision in creating conversion copywriting or in the impact of creative brand campaigns. We want to know where you truly shine (whether in email marketing, strategy, or concept).
• We have more and more international clients. It is a preferred condition that your English level is above average, being able to understand and express yourself in conversation and writing;
• Knowledge of storytelling techniques applied to different digital formats.

• Annual salary between €20,000 and €27,000, adjusted to your experience;

• Develop creative advertising campaign concepts, transitioning seamlessly between digital and conventional media.

• Create and manage content that does not just inform, but captivates and adapts the brand voice to the DNA of each channel;

• Develop content for brands.

• Deal directly with clients in kick-off / briefing sessions, strategy presentations, or requirement gathering.

• Hybrid work model and schedule flexibility for your personal commitments;
• Reduction of in-person work to just 2 days per week starting from the 6th month of pregnancy (also applicable to those undergoing infertility treatments) and for moms and dads until the baby reaches 24 months.
