Requirements
What we're looking for
- Academic training in the area of Psychology;
- Full Member of the Portuguese Association of Psychologists (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses);
- Certification and/or accreditation in the diagnostic instrument Autism Diagnostic Observational Schedule (ADOS-2) is a mandatory factor;
- CCP (Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies);
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in intervention in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder;
- Professional experience in the area of training (face-to-face and online);
- Excellent communication skills.

The role
Psychologist to provide training in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment.
Hogrefe Publishing is the Portuguese subsidiary of the Hogrefe Group, the largest European scientific publisher of scientifically validated psychological assessment instruments. To consolidate our team, we intend to hire a psychologist as a trainer in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment and intervention.
What you'll do
- Prepare each course beforehand and adequately, attending to the specificities of the client entity, the most suitable pedagogical methodology, and the structuring of the course program;
- Facilitate and animate the training process, in face-to-face and/or online formats, establishing a pedagogical relationship with trainees and favoring the acquisition of knowledge and skills;
- Monitor the development of the training sessions;
- Participate in meetings and contact the pedagogical coordination at different stages of the course;
- Look after the material and technical means placed at your disposal;
- Evaluate each training process, based on the fixed objectives and the level of adequacy achieved.
