• Lead and Develop the performance marketing team, guiding and empowering each member to reach their maximum potential.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and impact of performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads).
• Ensure that objectives are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with the Design, Sales, and CRO teams to align all marketing activities with the overall objectives of the company.

• Leadership Experience: Experience in digital marketing and previous experience in team management.
• Tool Mastery: Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide the team through effective communication.
