Company History
DSV was founded in 1976 by nine independent Danish hauliers who merged their operations to form a single transport company. Over the decades, it expanded through a series of strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of ABX Logistics in 2008 and UTi Worldwide in 2016, and the major acquisition of Panalpina in 2019, which solidified its position as a global logistics leader.
