If you are looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (remote) you will be responsible for ensuring that performance objectives are met across all operations. Additionally, you will ensure that we meet customer expectations regarding operational excellence, with high standards of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide assistance to users via telephone and/or chat, responding to their inquiries
Offer support at the account and application level, especially regarding software functionalities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to system configurations and network settings
Ensure clear, accurate, and real-time responses to user inquiries
Contribute to generating engagement with our clients' brands
