What we're looking for
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in the preparation, review, and/or management of technical documentation.
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and interpret technical documentation.
- High sense of organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Nice to have
- Experience with document management systems (knowledge of Veeva Vault will be valued).
- Knowledge of Document Control, Change Control, and document life cycle management processes.
- Experience in a regulated environment (preferably medical devices, pharmaceutical, or equivalent).
- Higher education in a relevant area is not mandatory.
The role
Responsible for ensuring the proper management and maintenance of operational documentation within the document management system, ensuring its update, consistency, and compliance throughout its life cycle, as well as identifying the documentary impacts resulting from manufacturing changes and their proper incorporation into the applicable documentation.
What you'll do
- Manage and keep up to date the operational documentation applicable to manufacturing processes (procedures, record documents, work instructions, and validation documentation).
- Identify and evaluate the documentary impacts resulting from changes in the manufacturing process, ensuring their correct incorporation into the applicable documents.
- Ensure the cross-functional application of documents across the various areas to which they apply
- Collaborate with the training team to promote training for employees interested in the created documents
- Ensure documentary updates related to:
- Introduction of new machines and equipment;
- Internal equipment transfers;
- Changes to critical parameters;
- Changes to critical components;
- Improvement projects and validation activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams.
- Ensure the consistency, traceability, and compliance of documentation throughout its respective life cycle in Veeva Vault (QMS).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
