Python Developer (Hybrid - Carnaxide)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar

- More than 5 years of experience in development with Python

- More than 2 years of experience in enterprise software architecture

- Solid experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask;

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database integrations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.);

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

- Experience with automated testing (pytest, unittest) and Clean Code best practices;

- Experience in asynchronous messaging

- Knowledge of microservices design patterns

- Proactivity in proposing and designing solutions to solve problems

- Proactivity in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to help with day-to-day work

- Able to adapt communication to the various stakeholders with whom they interact (business, engineering, etc.)

Role:

- Design, develop, and optimize applications in Python;

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security;

- Participate in technical and architectural decisions;

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, QA, Data, Support, Product);

- Write automated tests and technical documentation.

- Has deep knowledge of the technological environment (internal and external), the analysis of business specificities/requirements, and technical requirements (performance, scalability, security, usability, maintenance, integration, deployment, etc.), providing guidance to the Delivery team on how to sustainably frame solutions/products within the enterprise architecture model.

- Is able to visualize the cross-cutting implications of their decisions at all technical levels.

- In partnership with the Technical Lead/Principal Engineer, defines the technological stack, the collaboration framework (standards and processes), and monitors the development of the solution.

- Identifies and analyzes the technological risks and constraints of the solution.
