YOUR ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing software projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support.
- Defining and monitoring project roadmaps, releases, and key milestones.
- Managing scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
- Preparing executive reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.
- Managing project governance, escalations, change requests, and delivery issues.
- Monitoring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinating production releases and post-implementation activities.
- Promoting Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex software development projects.
- Proven experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or an equivalent project management framework.
- Strong experience managing contracts, suppliers, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, project governance, and escalations, coupled with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent Portuguese and good command of English.
