YOUR ROLE

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and resilient backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Design and implement REST APIs and event-driven integrations, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Take ownership of backend features throughout the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of engineering best practices.
• Support cloud-native applications, focusing on system stability, observability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures, preferably using Kafka.
• Good understanding of software architecture principles, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure Devops, Artifactory, SonarQube and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and operatins applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of automated testing with tools such as JUnit and comparable testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
