YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership, upgrade management, or project delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom deployment and software upgrade projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Strong Packet Core domain expertise.
• Proven experience leading Packet Core deployment and upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of:
o Cloud Mobility Gateway (CMG)
o Cloud Mobility Manager (CMM)
o Network Repository Data (NRD)
o Packet Core Architecture
• Strong knowledge of:
o Software lifecycle management
o Upgrade methodologies
o System integration
o Acceptance testing
o Service migration
o High-availability telecom solutions
• Experience working with:
o Salesforce
o JIRA
o 4LS organizations
o R&D teams
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience preparing:
o Upgrade Assessments
o RCA Reports
o MOPs
o HLDs/LLDs
o Project delivery documentation
Preferred
o Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
o Cloud-native Packet Core solutions
o Nokia Cloud Platform technologies
o EPC and 5G Core networks
o Automation and orchestration tools
• Previous experience managing multinational delivery teams.
