Curricular Internship in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (f/m/div.)

Electrostatic discharge (ESD – Electrostatic Discharge) represents a significant risk in the electronics industry, potentially compromising product quality and reliability. In this context, it becomes essential to implement robust control systems aligned with international standards. 

This internship is part of the need to:

1. General Objective

• Develop, implement, and optimize a complete ESD control plan aligned with international standards, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost reduction.

2. Specific Objectives

• Evaluate the current ESD system and identify gaps

• Compare different applicable standards (IEC 61340, ANSI S20.20, Bosch N55)

• Propose improvements based on cost-benefit analysis

• Develop product vs. process risk analyses.

• Support the implementation of ESD management software

• Develop a PPE control plan (e.g., ESD lab coats)

• Create a structured internal training plan

• Integrate Lean principles into ESD control

- Higher education in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;

- Collaborative spirit to work in a team;

- High sense of organization and technical rigor;

- Effective communication (verbal and written);

- Good knowledge of English.
