In practice, your day-to-day

As a Scrum Master, your mission is to support the Squad in the adoption and adaptation of the Agile way of working according to its values, principles, practices, and tools, and to ensure that the team has an efficient, focused, and continuous workflow.

Your main responsibilities are

• To be responsible for organizing the Squad's workflow;
• To facilitate the Squad's Agile ceremonies and rituals, in order to create an effective and collaborative environment in a fluid manner;
• To coordinate the team during sprints, providing them with a safe and positive environment to perform effective work;
• To manage conflicts within the team in a way that makes it more efficient;
• To focus on eliminating obstacles and impediments for the team to ensure iterative and rapid delivery, in order to create high-value products;
• To help the team effectively manage the Product backlog with the Product Owner and support the planning of the next sprint;
• To participate actively in the life and ceremonies of the teams to which you belong (Squad, Tribe & Chapter), constantly sharing Agile Values and Principles;
• To be an agent of change for new ways of working, efficient communication, and interaction between different stakeholders.
