Become our new Accounting Assistant (M/F/X) based in Porto!

BE PART OF OUR CASH FLOW / ACCOUNT ANALYSIS TEAM

You will join the Client Management Division within the Financial Flow department, and more specifically the Account Analysis service. You will have the opportunity to work with all the departments of this Division, but also with the Financial Management (Accounting) department. The activity will consist of analyzing daily unreconciled bank entries in order to clear them and producing monthly bank reconciliations for the portfolio of accounts entrusted to you. You will control, within your assigned scope, the quality of manual and automatic disbursements produced the previous day. Finally, you will contribute to the quarterly production of closing work (calculation of provisions, interpretation of balances, Sign-off, permanent control procedures). Under the authority of the service manager, you will maintain up-to-date procedure documentation and account sheets.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION WITHIN CASH FLOW / ACCOUNT ANALYSIS (ADC)

The Accounting Assistant at ADC is responsible for managing cash flows in terms of:

- Control of collection and disbursement operations relating to insurance contracts,

- Monitoring of bank reconciliations.

He / She guarantees optimum processing of the operations under their responsibility in compliance with rules and procedures, commitments made in terms of quality and deadlines, and defined operating standards.

• You master French and have a good level of English
• You hold a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in accounting, finance, or any other relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in bank reconciliations, account analysis, accounting, account reconciliation....
• Good knowledge of the MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL (Tables, simple formulas (VLOOKUP), Pivot Tables)
• You are rigorous, results and customer-oriented, and have active listening skills
