Senior Datacenter & Private Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Datacenter and Private Cloud Infrastructure specialist with solid experience in Enterprise environments, capable of ensuring the operation, evolution, and modernization of critical platforms. We are looking for a professional with strong technical capacity, strategic vision, and an orientation toward continuous improvement, who acts as a technical reference in areas such as computing, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, security, and automation.

• Ensure the operation, availability, and evolution of the Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure;
• Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup, and critical systems platforms;
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and resilience;
• Implement and reinforce security, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions;
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, acting as a technical reference and escalation point;
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to optimize operations and processes;
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and capacity management tools;
• Participate in the definition of architecture, technical standards, and the infrastructure technology roadmap;
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capacity in complex environments;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and security;
• Ability to technically lead high-complexity initiatives;
• Experience in the implementation of automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Excellent analytical skills and orientation toward continuous improvement;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities;
• Good technical communication skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
• Orientation toward service quality, availability, and platform resilience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Datacenter, Private Cloud, or Enterprise environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent enterprise networking technologies;
• Solid experience in VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms;
• Advanced knowledge in enterprise storage, including Dell, Huawei, SAN Switching, or equivalent solutions;
• Experience in backup and recovery solutions, such as Veeam, Dell Avamar, or similar;
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical, and multi-tenant environments;
• Practical experience in automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and Git;
• Experience in Managed Services Providers (MSP), Cloud Providers, or Datacenter operators;
• Experience in modernization, consolidation, and transformation initiatives for critical infrastructures;
• Continuous interest in technological evolution and the adoption of new solutions and methodologies.
