Alsea Europa is the European arm of Alsea, a leading restaurant operator in Latin America and Spain. With over 4,000 restaurants and stores across 11 countries, Alsea operates well-known brands such as Domino's Pizza, Starbucks, Burger King, Chili's, and P. F. Chang's. In Europe, Alsea manages 7 brand in 6 markets—including Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg—with more than 1,500 restaurants. The company provides back-office support through its Madrid-based Centro de Soporte y Servicios Compartidos for account, development, and supply chain functions.

Alsea entered Europe in 2014 by acquiring Grupo Zena in Spain, and expanded in 2018 with Grupo Vips, becoming the largest organized restaurant group in Spain. In 2019 it gained exclusive rights to operate Starbucks in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
