• Design and fine-tune game math models for upcoming slot and casino games

• Conduct simulations to validate game math

• Collaborate with Game Producers and Developers on game mechanics and balance

• Analyze competitor games and deliver insights on math models

• Participate in the full game creation process from concept to delivery

• Assist with backend adaptations for reels and other game mechanics

• Punctuality and consistency

• Strong communication and accountability

• Ability to reason and argue based on propositions

Experience:
We consider all profiles - from entry-level to Lead Experts. Candidates typically have a background in mathematics, computer science, technology, or engineering, with experience in game math or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a player-focused mindset are highly valued.
