The role

If you are an agile, versatile person and reside in the Santiago do Cacém area, this opportunity is for you! We are looking for dynamic Store Operators to join a retail team within a national leading group. As this is a local convenience store concept, your mission will be to provide global support to daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of various sections and excellence in customer service.

What you'll do

Your Functions:
- Store Versatility: Support different sections (replenishment, checkout, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, fresh produce, etc.) according to daily needs.
- Replenishment and Quality: Replenish products on the shelves and ensure the good presentation and validity of items.
- Customer Service: Guarantee excellent, close, and attentive service.
- Maintenance and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of equipment and the workspace.
- Food Safety: Strictly comply with Food Hygiene and Safety standards (HACCP) and internal procedures.
