Remuneration: €1020 base salary + €9.60 Meal Allowance (SA) + €100 variable bonus + €40 transport expense reimbursement.

The role
We are looking for talent to join the team of our client, a recognized French company in the telecommunications sector.
This position is ideal for those who wish to integrate into the center of Porto, in modern and comfortable facilities, using French as the primary working language.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
Your main mission will be to guarantee customer satisfaction. For every call you receive, you will need to:
Provide clear and fast solutions to customer questions.
Ensure quality follow-up for all requests.
Contribute positively to customer satisfaction statistics after each resolved interaction.
