Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth company specializing in GPU computing and cloud infrastructure, serving large enterprise clients running demanding AI and compute workloads.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical dimension of large enterprise client relationships, from the pre-sales phase through onboarding, and throughout production use.
You will work closely with clients, account managers, as well as product and infrastructure teams, to ensure clients can successfully deploy, run, and scale their workloads.
This role, which is highly autonomous and very operational, is intended for someone who loves solving complex infrastructure problems and taking full responsibility for the customer experience.
Drive large enterprise client onboarding: manage access, networking, storage, server delivery, and initial workloads, up to production deployment.
Be the primary technical point of contact for large enterprise clients: understand and diagnose issues before escalating them to SRE or engineering if necessary.
Follow technical incidents through to resolution: provide context to internal teams, coordinate communication, and ensure issues are correctly closed.
Support pre-sales activities: conduct technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demonstrations, and POCs alongside the sales team.
Design and conduct POCs with clear technical success criteria, and help clients move from evaluation to production.
Hands-on debug client workloads, including inference and multi-GPU workloads, in direct collaboration with clients' engineering teams.
Proactively monitor account health: identify technical risks, communicate incidents and RCAs, monitor availability, and detect potential issues before they become blockers.
Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, SRE, and Engineering to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
Improve the large enterprise client experience by identifying recurring technical issues and creating better onboarding and operational processes.
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Freelance
Start Date: As soon as possible
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: Fluent English required and French
Sector: Cloud infrastructure / GPU computing / AI infrastructure
In this role, you will become the technical point of reference for a portfolio of large enterprise clients.
You will be required to independently manage client onboarding, technical discovery, POCs, workload troubleshooting, and account health monitoring, in close partnership with sales and infrastructure teams.
The goal is simple: for clients to get their workloads running quickly, succeed long-term in production, and benefit from a solid technical partner throughout their journey.
