Human Resources Legal Specialist

• Draft, review, and monitor employment contracts, addenda, and other contractual documentation;
• Ensure the correct processing and updating of employees' contractual information;
• Guarantee compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures associated with labor documentation;
• Analyze and monitor legal-labor issues, supporting the Human Resources Directorate in their resolution;
• Work in coordination with the Legal Directorate in the monitoring and analysis of legal-labor matters, particularly in situations of greater complexity or those requiring specialized legal framework;
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes with an impact on people management, evaluating their application and contributing to the implementation of the respective adjustments;
• Ensure the organization, control, and archiving of employees' contractual and legal documentation;
• Support the definition, review, and improvement of procedures and documents supporting the management of labor relations;
• Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities and to the optimization of the Human Resources Directorate's legal-labor processes.

We are looking for a Human Resources Legal Specialist to join the Central Human Resources Directorate and assume a relevant role in the legal monitoring of labor relations, with a special focus on the management, drafting, and control of contractual and labor documentation throughout our employees' journeys.

This role will be performed in close coordination with the Legal Directorate, ensuring alignment and monitoring of legal-labor matters.
