The role

At this time, we intend to recruit an Administrative Assistant - MD Laboratório Dentário (Lisbon).

What you'll do

  • Administrative management and support to the technical team;
  • Organization of documents and internal records;
  • Telephone communication with customers and suppliers.

Desired profile

  • Academic qualifications at the 12th-grade level (mandatory);
  • We value professional experience in the healthcare reception area;
  • Knowledge of the English language at written and oral levels;
  • Good communication with customers and suppliers.
