We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Mission:

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing strategies, contributing to increased brand awareness, lead generation, and business result growth through various digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on different platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, among others);

– Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives;

– Create, plan, and monitor content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing;

– Support the implementation of SEO strategies and the optimization of the company's digital presence;

– Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new growth opportunities;

– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Profile:

– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar field;

– Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, among others);

– Knowledge of SEO and digital metrics analysis;

– Good communicator, capable of cooperating and working in a team;

– Willingness to learn and availability to share knowledge;

– Analytical capacity and results orientation;

– Meticulous, with attention to detail, rigor, and a constant concern to ensure the best quality in the work produced;

– Proactive and with a high level of responsibility and commitment;

– Eligible for an IEFP professional internship*.
