Functional Analyst (Mid-level)

• Collect, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements with internal stakeholders (business, risk, compliance, operations) and external ones (participants, ECB, regulator).
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into understandable specifications for technical teams (architecture, development, QA).
• Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and regulatory/operational reporting.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation (use cases, flows, high-level data models, business manuals).
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support the preparation of certification and business test cases, and participate in pilots with users/participants.
• Support continuous communication between business and technical teams, helping to clarify doubts and manage expectations.
